Ambassador FTC Disclosure
When you promote ZYNDIO as an ambassador, you have your own FTC disclosure obligations. This page summarizes them - it is not a substitute for the ambassador agreement or for your own legal counsel.

Your FTC Obligations As A ZYNDIO Ambassador
This page explains the disclosure obligations ambassadors have when promoting ZYNDIO under the FTC Endorsement Guides.
When you become a ZYNDIO ambassador, you have a material connection to ZYNDIO under FTC 16 CFR Part 255 (the Endorsement Guides). You may earn commission on eligible tracked subscription events attributed to your approved tracking link, and you may become eligible for reward pools. That relationship is something a reasonable consumer would want to know about when deciding whether to act on your recommendation.
The FTC requires disclosure to be clear and conspicuous - placed near the recommendation, in language a reasonable consumer would understand, and not buried in a hashtag pile or a multi-line bio. Common acceptable forms include "#ad", "ZYNDIO Ambassador", or an explicit sentence such as "I am a ZYNDIO Ambassador and may earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
When to disclose: every time you promote ZYNDIO products, link to ZYNDIO, or describe ZYNDIO services in a way that could influence a consumer’s decision. This includes social posts, videos (in-video and in-description), email newsletters, blog posts, podcast spots, livestreams, group chats, and DMs where you recommend ZYNDIO to someone.
No medical efficacy claims. You may describe what ZYNDIO offers and link to ZYNDIO content, but you must not claim ZYNDIO products will cure, treat, prevent, or produce any medical outcome. Do not make drug-equivalence claims or imply compounded medications carry FDA authorization or approval. FDA promotional rules apply on top of FTC rules. When in doubt, link to ZYNDIO content rather than paraphrasing.
No earnings hypotheticals about ZYNDIO. Do not tell prospective ambassadors they will earn a specific dollar amount per signup, subscription event, month, or other timeframe. Commission rates, modeler outputs, and pool structures are program parameters or illustrative assumptions - not typical results, income projections, or recoupment promises. Per-ambassador earnings claims are heavily regulated under FTC and state earnings-claim statutes.
No clinical role. Patient-volume language may be used for modeling and for describing the ZYNDIO clinical journey, but ambassadors never handle PHI, patient intake, prescribing, fulfillment, care coordination, or medical advice. Direct patient-specific questions back to ZYNDIO or the appropriate licensed provider.
You are responsible for compliance. ZYNDIO publishes guidance on this page and may provide brand and disclosure templates, but the legal obligation to disclose is yours. ZYNDIO may suspend or terminate ambassadors who repeatedly fail to disclose properly or who make non-compliant claims about ZYNDIO products, health outcomes, or earnings.
This page is a summary, not legal advice. The full ambassador agreement is the binding document. If you have questions about your specific situation, consult your own counsel.
