FAQ

What To Ask Before You Apply.

Short answers for the practical questions before you apply.

Is ZYNDIO just a tracking-link program?

No. The tracking link is only the rail. The bigger model is a CleanClick™ telehealth PPC network built around:

  • Approved placements
  • Valid-click attribution
  • Digital territories
  • AI authority support
  • AdMesh™
  • Approved funnels
  • Catalyst Rewards™
  • Pulse Pool™
  • Weekly challenges
  • ZYNDIO Legacy Track™

What is the difference between Apprentice and Ambassador?

Apprentice is the entry level: $800 one-time enrollment for dashboard access, approved tracking, and CleanClick™ participation. Ambassador is the full level: $3,500 one-time enrollment with stronger territory access, enhanced growth support, and ZIP-level tools. Enrollment is paid once, not monthly.

What does it cost to be an ambassador each month?

After your one-time enrollment fee, you pick one monthly growth package. Your package powers the operating layer behind your approved channel.

  • T1 Traffic Foundation ($80/mo)
  • T2 Growth Engine ($260/mo)
  • T3 Authority Engine ($800/mo)
  • AdMesh™
  • Funnels
  • Authority content
  • CleanClick™ tracking
  • 24/7 AI agents

What is a Digital Territory?

A Digital Territory is a program-defined Authority Zone™ layer that may include ZIP codes, local markets, GeoSignal™ pages, verticals, keywords, or Authority Hub™ assets. It is designed for local relevance and attribution under program rules. A territory is not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, rewards, valid-click volume, or payout.

What is AdMesh™?

AdMesh™ is ZYNDIO’s company-managed advertising and placement system. ZYNDIO controls approved messaging, placements, routing, and compliance review. Valid clicks and territory signals can flow through the CleanClick™ ecosystem when program rules allow it.

What is the CleanClick™ Standard?

The CleanClick™ Standard is simple. Approved publishers may be paid for valid advertising clicks only. These signals can be measured internally for optimization:

  • Intake events
  • Appointments
  • Payments
  • Prescriptions
  • Subscription activity
  • Downstream clinical/payment events

These are internal optimization signals. They are not partner payout triggers. They are not partner-facing payout data.

What placements are allowed under CleanClick™?

Allowed placements are independent educational pages, editorial content, comparison content, approved search/social/display/email placements, and ZYNDIO-routed landing pages that do not collect health information. Your placement must disclose the sponsored relationship clearly before the endorsement or promotional message.

What placements are blocked?

Do not operate partner-hosted intake forms, eligibility screeners, medical questionnaires, prescription-interest quizzes, appointment booking, purchased lists, scraped audiences, paid-to-click traffic, warm transfers, outbound calls, SMS, ringless voicemail, or robocalls. Do not ask people for symptoms, diagnosis, medications, payer status, appointment details, or other patient information.

What claims are off limits?

Do not claim guaranteed patients, guaranteed earnings, market-control rights, storefront rights, franchise rights, patient ownership, or prescription-based compensation. Keep the language traffic-focused:

  • Approved placements
  • Valid-click attribution
  • CPC attribution
  • Market attribution zones
  • Company-managed clinical workflows
  • ZYNDIO-controlled compliance review

What does an Ambassador actually do?

Ambassadors help create compliant traffic and sharper local signal. That can include awareness, territory feedback, local taste, curation, approved challenges, dashboard review, and improvement ideas. Ambassadors do not provide medical advice, handle PHI, manage prescriptions, run clinical workflows, or improvise regulated health claims.

What do the monthly growth packages actually include?

Each package gives your approved channel access to ZYNDIO-managed growth infrastructure. Higher packages receive more operating depth and allocation weight under program rules.

  • AdMesh™ participation
  • Approved tracking
  • Compliant landing pages
  • Email follow-up
  • 90+ minute education webinar
  • 24/7 AI agents
  • Compliance review
  • Territory content support

No package guarantees valid clicks, rankings, rewards, payout, or cost recovery.

What does the Reward Scenario Planner show?

The planner is an illustrative planning tool. It can show CleanClick™ valid-click assumptions, CPC rate assumptions, reviewed-valid traffic, enrollment level, and visible program costs. It does not show typical results. It does not promise activity, rewards, rankings, or payout.

How do the bonus pools work?

Bonus pools fund the Momentum Rewards™ ecosystem around the CleanClick™ valid-click core. The public launch split is:

  • Leaderboard Pool (25%)
  • Pulse Pool™ (30%)
  • Weekly Challenge Pool (30%)
  • Catalyst Rewards™ (5%)
  • ZYNDIO Legacy Reserve™ (10%)

Cadence is mixed. Eligibility depends on compliant activity, available funding, good-standing status, and current program rules.

When and how often are rewards paid?

Cadence depends on the reward type and current program rules. Some reward records are reviewed weekly, some monthly, and some require manual verification before any disbursement. The dashboard and official notices are the source of truth for ledger status, eligibility, holds, reversals, caps, and payout timing.

What are Catalyst Rewards™?

Catalyst Rewards™ recognize Ambassadors who help improve the ZYNDIO network itself. A qualifying action, local signal, curation update, funnel suggestion, or system feedback can become a Catalyst Event™ only when ZYNDIO can verify measurable lift and attribution confidence under the official rules. In plain English: when you help make the network better in a measurable way, you may become eligible to share in the value you helped create. Not every idea, action, or suggestion creates an award.

What is the Catalyst Ledger™?

The Catalyst Ledger™ is the tracking layer behind Catalyst Rewards™. It can record approved Ambassador actions, measured lift, attribution confidence, Catalyst Score™, and eligible Catalyst Awards™ so network-improvement contributions are evaluated from records instead of vibes. It does not guarantee an award.

What is the ZYNDIO Legacy Track™?

The ZYNDIO Legacy Track™ is the long-game reward path inside Momentum Rewards™. The field phrase is Build Five. Unlock Legacy.™ Qualified Ambassadors who stay active, compliant, productive, and in good standing over five qualified years may unlock Legacy Status™ and become eligible for Legacy Reserve™ rewards, subject to official terms, available pool funding, eligibility, caps, and compliance status. It is not a retirement plan, pension, annuity, investment, security, or guaranteed income program.

Can I call the Legacy Track™ retirement or guaranteed income?

No. Use the approved language: ZYNDIO Legacy Track™, Legacy Status™, ZYNDIO Legacy Reserve™, and Build Five. Unlock Legacy.™ Do not describe it as retirement, a pension, an annuity, an investment, a security, passive income, paid for life, guaranteed income, or a reason to quit a job.

What are my FTC disclosure obligations as an ambassador?

You agree to follow FTC 16 CFR Part 255 every time you promote ZYNDIO. That means clearly disclosing your material connection to ZYNDIO in any post, video, email, or other content where you reference our products or your approved tracking link, using language a reasonable person would understand (for example, "#ad", "ZYNDIO Ambassador", or an explicit disclosure sentence). The disclosure obligation is yours; we publish guidance on the Ambassador FTC Disclosure page, but compliance is your responsibility.

What can I say about earnings?

You may describe published program rates, eligible activity rules, and clearly labeled modeler assumptions. You may not state or imply typical earnings, a specific monthly income, a timeline to recoup costs, or that any ambassador will achieve a particular result. If you discuss a modeled scenario, identify it as illustrative and explain that individual results vary.

What can I claim about ZYNDIO products?

You can describe what ZYNDIO offers, that US-licensed pharmacies and licensed-provider review are part of the flow where applicable, and that compounded medications may be involved where relevant. You cannot make medical efficacy claims, weight-loss promises, drug-equivalence claims, or claims that compounded medications carry FDA authorization or approval. FDA promotional rules apply. When in doubt, link to ZYNDIO content rather than paraphrasing it.

Why does this site talk about patients if ambassadors do not handle care?

Patient language is used only when describing the ZYNDIO clinical journey or clearly labeled modeling assumptions. That does not change the ambassador role. Ambassadors build awareness, local relevance, territory signals, and compliant activity; ZYNDIO and its independent licensed providers handle evaluation, intake, prescriptions, fulfillment, and clinical communications.

Do I handle prescriptions, intake forms, or patient data?

No. Ambassadors never touch protected health information (PHI), patient intake, prescriptions, fulfillment, medical advice, or any clinical workflow. ZYNDIO and its independent licensed providers handle all of that. Your role is promotion and attribution. Your approved tracking link captures attribution, and ZYNDIO handles the regulated work.

Can I promote ZYNDIO in any state?

ZYNDIO operates in specific US states with state-by-state availability and visit-type rules for the patient-facing clinical journey. See the state-legality page for the current map. You can promote into states where ZYNDIO operates; you should not direct audiences from states where ZYNDIO is not currently available.

Can I run my own ads?

The default model is company-managed advertising through AdMesh™ and other ZYNDIO systems, not ambassador-controlled ZYNDIO ad accounts. Use only approved claims, assets, and landing pages. Do not create ads that imply clinical-result claims, clinician authority, drug equivalence, referral-for-care compensation, or specific earnings results. If a managed or approved advertising workflow is available for your territory, follow that workflow instead of improvising regulated health copy.

What if I want to upgrade from Apprentice to Ambassador?

Contact support or use the admin-supported dashboard flow when available. The upgrade can unlock stronger territory access, enhanced growth support, and the Ambassador-level dashboard experience from the upgrade date forward. Existing records and transition rules are governed by the Ambassador Agreement, dashboard notices, and current program rules.

Momentum Rewards™ eligibility, territory activity, AdMesh™ participation, Catalyst Awards™, Pulse Pool™ opportunities, and Legacy Reserve™ rewards are subject to approval, available funding, compliant activity, caps, good-standing status, and current program rules. No traffic, ranking, customer, reward, revenue, or clinical outcome is guaranteed.
