No medical efficacy claims

Ambassadors must not make medical efficacy claims about ZYNDIO products. ZYNDIO products are subject to FDA promotional rules. When promoting ZYNDIO publicly, do not say products cure, treat, reduce, lose weight, or any clinical-outcome claim. Do not represent that a product is FDA-approved for an indication unless that is verifiably true. Do not make comparative-efficacy claims against other products or brands.

Use ZYNDIO’s approved marketing assets only. When in doubt, link to ZYNDIO content rather than paraphrasing it. Direct quotes from approved ZYNDIO marketing material with the original disclaimers in place are safer than freestyle descriptions.

Why this matters

Promotional claims about regulated medical products carry personal liability under FTC 16 CFR Part 255 and FDA promotional rules. A non-compliant post can void your ambassador agreement and create direct exposure for you, not just for ZYNDIO Ambassador Network. Repeated or material violations are grounds for ambassador suspension or revocation.

Where to read more

Your specific obligations are documented in the ambassador agreement (Terms of Use) and the Ambassador FTC Disclosure page. If you are unsure whether a claim is allowed, ask before you post: ambassadors@zyndio.com.
