Where ZYNDIO offers care
Ambassadors should know where ZYNDIO can serve customers before promoting. The rule is simple.
Availability
Available in every U.S. state and DC except Louisiana and Mississippi.
ZYNDIO is offered across the United States with two state-level exclusions. Avoid directing prospects from Louisiana or Mississippi — the platform will not onboard customers in those states.

For ambassadors
Your job is to avoid directing audiences from excluded states. The clinical flow (visit type, consult mode, prescription path) is an internal detail of ZYNDIO’s process — it is not your responsibility, and approved marketing assets cover the right framing for prospects.
Specific products may further restrict availability based on clinical scope, controlled-substance schedules, or partner-pharmacy licensing. The exclusions above reflect platform-level availability only.

ZYNDIO is offered only to adult residents of the United States. Ambassador promotion outside the United States is not supported at launch.
