Availability
Current platform-level availability covers most U.S. states except Louisiana and Mississippi.
Use this as an Ambassador-facing reference for current platform-level state availability. Avoid directing prospects from Louisiana or Mississippi. Specific products, providers, pharmacies, visit types, or state rules may further limit availability.

For ambassadors
Your job is to avoid directing audiences from excluded states. The clinical flow (visit type, consult mode, prescription path) is an internal detail of ZYNDIO’s process — it is not your responsibility, and approved marketing assets cover the right framing for prospects.
Specific products may further restrict availability based on clinical scope, controlled-substance schedules, or partner-pharmacy licensing. The exclusions above reflect platform-level availability only.
